Benjamin Walker Biography

 

A.K.A. Benjamin Walker was born in the United States of America on June 21, 1982. Even though he appeared in the movies Kinsey and Flags of Our Fathers as well as the critically acclaimed musical Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson, the role that brought him the most notoriety is arguably the one he played as Abraham Lincoln, the main character in the film Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter, which was released in 2012. In 2016, he played the role of Patrick Bateman in the Broadway production of American Psycho: The Musical.

Benjamin Walker is well known for his performance as ‘Patrick Bateman’ in the musical adaptation of American Psycho, which he has given on Broadway in recent times. His performance as the titular character in Bloody Bloody was met with widespread critical praise, and since then, he has been in a variety of other theater productions. Cat on a Hot Tin Roof is a play written by Tennessee Williams, and Scarlett Johansson currently plays the role of Katrina on Broadway opposite Andrew Jackson and Brick. In addition, he has been on Broadway in the plays “Les Liaisons Dangereuses,” directed by Rufus Norris, and “Inherit the Wind,” directed by Doug Hughes. Both of these productions were directed by the aforementioned directors. On the big screen, his most recent role was in the independent film Shimmer Lake, which was directed by Oren Uziel.
