Cesc Fàbregas Biography
Francesc Fàbregas Soler, better known by his stage name Cesc Fàbregas, was born on May 4, 1987 in the Spanish city of Arenys de Mar. He is a professional footballer from Spain who now plays for the English club Chelsea as well as the Spain national team in the center midfield position. He set a record for becoming the youngest player ever to make an appearance for both the Arsenal soccer club and a Spanish World Cup squad.
He is a skilled midfielder. Fàbregas played with Arsenal for a total of nine seasons before making the move to FC Barcelona. He was an integral part of the Spanish national teams that won the World Cup in 2010, as well as the European Championships in 2008 and 2012. Fàbregas was a product of the youth program known as La Masia, which is affiliated with Barcelona.
