His work with Edgar Wright and Simon Pegg on Spaced and the so-called “Cornetto trilogy,” which comprises the Academy Award–winning movies Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, and The World’s End, has brought him a great deal of notoriety.

Frost, the son of two office furniture designers, went to the Beal High School in his hometown of Dagenham, which is located in East London. Frost worked as a waiter so that he could follow his ambitions of becoming an actor. Despite this, he did get some acting experience by appearing in corporate training videos such as “Chris Carter and the Coverplan Challenge” and a Dixon’s group sales video.
