Gray is known for having an athletic personality due to the fact that he himself has admitted to being reared in playgrounds as a young boy when he was growing up in Philadelphia. This contributed to Gray’s upbringing in an environment that fostered his love of physical activity. Gray is well recognized for having spent his childhood in the city of Philadelphia.

After watching Gray perform when he was younger, Gray’s family and friends encouraged him to make a career out of performing. Gray got his start in the entertainment business at an early age. While he was still in school, he took part in a number of theatrical plays, and he received a lot of positive feedback from audience members regarding the comic performances he gave.
