Danny Huston Biography

 

Daniel Sallis Huston was born on May 14, 1962, in the city of Rome, Italy. His parents, the renowned filmmaker John Huston and the writer Zoe Sallis gave birth to him. Unfortuitously, Danny’s parents never got married and only dated casually for a short period of time before he was born. In the end, his dad decided to adopt him. Because Danny’s father had five different wives throughout his life, Danny had a big extended family that included a number of half-siblings, some of whom went on to have great careers in the entertainment industry. The late actor Walter Huston, who he never knew but who was his grandfather, was a winner of an Academy Award for his acting.

When Danny was growing up, he followed his father all around the world, from Ireland to Mexico to Rome, and everywhere in between. In addition, he spent some time residing in the City of Angels.
