Michael Pea is a name that you may recognize as an American actor and musician. He has worked in a number of films that were nominated for or won “Academy Awards,” including “Million Dollar Baby” and “Crash.” Pea got his start in the entertainment industry with a bit part in the television movie titled “To Sir, with Love II.” Pea began his acting career with supporting roles in films such as “My Fellow Americans,” “Boogie Boy,” and “The United States of Leland.”

During this period of his career, he was primarily cast in comedic roles. He played a boxer in the movie “Million Dollar Baby,” which was based on his life. In the movie “Crash,” he played a key role as one of the film’s main cast members. The “Outstanding Actor in a Motion Picture” ALMA Award went to him in part because of his work in the film “Crash,” which earned him the award. Pea has portrayed notable characters in critically acclaimed films such as “The Martian,” “Ant-Man,” and “Ant-Man and the Wasp.” He appeared on television shows such as “Felicity,” “ER,” and “The Shield,” among others.
