Julie Benz is an American actress who has become famous all over the globe for her performances in the television shows Angel,’ ‘Buffy the Vampire Slayer,’ and ‘Dexter,’ in which she played the characters of Darla and Rita, respectively. Benz had a career in figure skating in the past, but she gave it up to pursue a career in acting instead. She began her career in community theatre and then moved on to movies, where she played supporting roles. After that, she began her career in television with the sitcom Hi Honey, I’m Home.
