Kristen Bell Biography
On July 18, 1980, Kristen Anne Bell was born to her mother, Lorelei Frygier, who worked as a registered nurse, and her father, Tom Bell, who worked as a news director for CBS Television. Her father had remarried shortly after the breakup of his first marriage to her mother. She is the mother of Sara and Jody, who are her two half-sisters. She completed her secondary education at ‘Shrine Catholic High School’ in Royal Oak, which she attended after being removed from the public school system by her parents.
She participated in both the music and acting clubs at the school. She played the role of Dorothy Gale in the school’s production of “The Wizard of Oz” in addition to appearing in “Fiddler on the Roof,” “Lady Be Good,” and “Li’l Abner.” She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Musical Theater from the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University.
